Pró Eletronic
When I took over the Pró Eletronic redesign, their platform was cluttered and completely overshadowed their extensive catalog.
My challenge was to restructure a messy legacy system of over 200 products into a clean, highly functional environment.
By focusing on clear architecture and intuitive navigation, we turned a frustrating user experience into a seamless journey that finally reflects their market authority.
2026

Information Architecture
Organizing complexity into clear pathways.
The original platform forced high-ticket buyers to hunt through massive technical categories to find what they needed. We changed this dynamic by introducing a clean navigation strategy right on the home page.
The design now channels users directly into four strategic hubs: Distributors, Hotels and Condos, ISPs, and Certified Installers. We removed the visual noise and aligned the interface with the company's real sales channels.
Persona

Institutional Positioning
Refining visual hierarchy to command industry trust.
To attract major enterprise contracts, the platform needed to move away from a retail-focused layout. We elevated the entire interface to an institutional standard that reflects over three decades of market authority.
Every grid, line, and whitespace was planned to project solidness. The focus shifted from basic product features to showcasing a highly reliable infrastructure ecosystem, building immediate credibility with corporate buyers.
Positioning

Modular Efficiency
Empowering internal teams to scale content at speed.
A major bottleneck for growing platforms is the dependency on developers to launch new sections.
To solve this, we designed a flexible component system based on continuous grids. Instead of building rigid, static pages, we delivered reusable content blocks.
This design infrastructure gave the marketing team total autonomy to update technical sheets and launch new product categories without technical debt.
